Gears are hobbed up to Ø 800 mm and 14 module and profile ground on CNC gear grinders. Housings are machined on VMC and HMC centres.

Assembled by skilled technicians after stringent quality checks, then trial-run with bearing temperature and noise recorded.

Roller bearings throughout.
Oil seals
Double imported oil seals on input and output shafts.

Super-rigid graded cast iron, machined on high-precision machines. Fabricated steel housing on request.
Recommended lubricant
Gearboxes are supplied without oil unless otherwise specified. Fill to the oil level indicator before commissioning.
